XAV939 blocked TRIM50 knockdown-induced upregulation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related protein expression. The expression of β-catenin, c-Myc, survivin, and Cyclin D1 proteins in transfected GC cells treated with or without 10 µmol/l of XAV939 was detected by Western blot after 48 h of transfection. One-way ANOVA and Tukey tests were applied for multi-group comparison. ^▲p < 0.05 and ^▲▲p < 0.01vs. shNC. ^∗p < 0.05 and ^∗∗p < 0.01vs. shNC + XAV939. Results were presented as mean ± SD. n = 3.
