PCA of uneven-sized African (Af), European (Eu), Asian (As), and Mexican-Americans (Ma) or Oceanian (Oc) populations. Fixing the sample size of Mexican-Americans and altering the sample sizes of other populations: (A) n_Af = 198; n_Eu = 20; n_As = 483; n_Ma = 64 and (B) n_Af = 20; n_Eu = 343; n_Ma = 20; n_Am = 64 changes the results. An even more dramatic change can be seen when repeating this analysis on Oceanians: (C) n_Af = 5; n_Eu = 25; n_As = 10; n_Oce = 20 and (D) n_Afr = 5; n_Eu = 10; n_As = 15; n_Oc = 20 and when altering their sample sizes: (E) n_Af = 98; n_Eu = 25; n_As = 150; n_Oc = 24 and (F) n_Af = 98; n_Eu = 83; n_As = 30; n_Oc = 15.
