The Mount Sinai Laboratory Assay and the Ortho Clinical VITROS Assay are strongly correlated. Discrete antibody titers from the Mount Sinai Laboratory assay and binding antibody units (BAU/ml) from the Ortho Clinical VITROS assay were log-transformed prior to analysis.
