Family groups are plotted in order of their importance scores in the model from top left most important, Cellvibrionaceae, to bottom right least important, Amoebophilaceae. We rarefied sequence tables to 4,660 sequences per sample prior to collapsing taxonomy to the family level and calculating relative abundances. Taxonomic classification, correlation, and P values for each family can be found in Table S5A.
