The subjects then received a combined bupropion and naltrexone therapy. The percent binge drinking days over the 3-month treatment period (POST) was calculated for each subject and graphed above. There was a significant decrease (P < 0.0001, t-test) in percent binge drinking days post-treatment compared to pre-treatment.
