A. CGP 54626 (GABAB receptor antagonist, 1μM) (dashed lines) caused no differences in decay time of evoked GABA responses from iMSNs to GPe neurons in both WT and R6/2 mice. B. CGP 54626 bath application caused no change in amplitude of response in either WT or R6/2 neurons, nor did it cause a change in decay time in both WT and R6/2 neurons. C.
