TriHex™ upregulates aging-related gene expression in keratinocytes. Human keratinocytes were treated with Lactoferrin (Lacto), TCVRRAF (amino acid sequence extracted from Lactoferrin) (TCV), Tri-peptide-1 (Tri), Hexapeptide-12 (Hex12), TriHex™ combination (TriHex™), Hexapeptide-11 (Hex11), Tranexamic acid 5% (Tran acid), Octapeptide, a proprietary peptide designed by R&D at Alastin (Octa), Phosphatidylserine (Phos), Cannabidiol (CBD), or left untreated for 24 hours. Then, RNA was extracted, and RNA-seq was performed. The data are presented as the fold-change in gene expression relative to the non-treated cells.
