Long-term expression of murine IgG2a 5D2 and human IgG1 CA45

AAV6.2FF-5D2 (1 × 10¹¹ vg) was administered to 6-week-old female BALB/c mice by (A) IM (n = 4) or (B) IN (n = 5) instillation. Serum samples were collected at weekly intervals and analyzed by EBOV GP ELISA at a 1:100 dilution. AAV6.2FF-CA45 (1 × 10¹¹ vg) was administered IM (C) to 6-week-old female BALB/c mice (n = 4). Serum samples were collected for the lifespan of the mice and plasma human IgG levels were quantified using a commercial ELISA. Each animal is plotted individually.
