Fits of the dissociation constants and associated errors from equilibrium binding measurements are also shown (B, D, F, and H). Cartoons show the expected N-glycan at the N162 site. The S164A mutation disrupts the N162 N-glycan sequon and thus lacks an N-glycan at that site.
