Rhesus macaques (n = 2 each group) were immunized with PBS or COReNAPCIN^® (30 μg or 50 μg) at days 0 and 28 and challenged with 2 × 10⁸ PFU SARS-CoV-2 on day 21 post boost. a Seven days post-challenge, lung tissues were harvested from one rhesus macaque per group and were sectioned for hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining and histopathology evaluation.
