Upon the induction of LVBU by hypoxia, BCL6 is no longer vulnerable to miR-10a/34c-mediated degradation due to LVBU’s sponging effect and is therefore stabilized, which in turn attenuates the transcriptional repressing activity of p53 to allow the expression of ARG1, CPS1, OTC, and ODC1, thereby promoting tumorigenesis via regulating UC/polyamine synthesis.
