The extent of SOICR inhibition in HEK293 cells expressing RyR2-R4496C mutant treated with (a) various beta-blockers (30μM) or (b) (d)- or (l)-nebivolol enantiomer (30μM), nebivolol (30μM) plus L-NAME (0.1mM), histamine (1μM), PGE2 (28 nM), or DMSO (control). SOICR Inhibition (%) is defined as the percentage of HEK293 cells (194–1086) in which SOICR was completely inhibited.
