Fig. 9 — RMSD plots for 50 ns simulation runs for vaccine-receptor complexes. The changes in the RMSD values were in the range of 0.6–0.8 nm after 20 ns for (A) ODAC-TLR2 and 0.57–0.72 nm after 15 ns for (B) ODAC-TLR4. The results showed that the binding of the vaccine to both receptor is stable
