ADMA lowering in plasma by PA-DDAH-beads. (a) Different amounts of PA-DDAH-beads were incubated with pig plasma containing 2 μM ADMA for 30 min at room temperature. The mixture was then lightly centrifuged to separate beads from the plasma. ADMA in the plasma was determined using HPLC method (n=3).
