Comparative growth curves of viral strains. WT control virus and UL97 mutants were inoculated at equal multiplicity of infection of 0.02 as calibrated by culture supernatant SEAP activity at 24 hours. At each of 4 to 8 days post inoculation, culture supernatants were assayed for SEAP activity (RLU) as a measure of viral growth.
