Lung-specific loss of function of Miz1 suppresses OVA (ovalbumin)-induced allergic asthma in mice. Miz1(POZ)fl/fl mice were intratracheally instilled with Ad/Null or Ad/Cre. Thirty days later, allergic asthma was induced in mice with OVA/alum (40).
