Subcellular localization of ARAP2-GFP. HeLa cells transfected with GFP-tagged ARAP2 were plated on fibronectin, fixed, and stained with anti-vinculin antibody. ARAP2-GFP did not co-localize with the focal adhesion (FA) marker, vinculin, as shown in two representative images.
