Level change of pro-inflammatory cytokines influenced by mangiferin. The cells were induced by 1 μg/mL LPS and treated with mangiferin for 24 h, and then the supernatant was detected by ELISA kits. Each group was detected in triplicate, and * means p < 0.05 compared with the CN group, and # means p < 0.05 compared with the LPS group.
