Suppression of CoCl₂-induced CA IX expression by A6 and A15 in MCF-7 and SK-BR-3 cells. (A) MCF-7 and (B) SK-BR-3 cells were treated with A6 or A15 (50 and 100 µM) in the presence or absence of CoCl₂ (100 µM) for 48 h. Control cells were treated with the media containing 0.1% DMSO instead. Protein levels of CA IX were determined by western blotting analyses using anti-CA IX antibody. β-Actin was used for normalization. The expression level of CA IX is expressed as a percentage of the control measured in the vehicle-treated control cells. Representative blots are shown.
