Suppression of CoCl2-induced CA IX expression by A6 and A15 in MCF-7 and SK-BR-3 cells. (A) MCF-7 and (B) SK-BR-3 cells were treated with A6 or A15 (50 and 100 µM) in the presence or absence of CoCl2 (100 µM) for 48 h. Control cells were treated with the media containing 0.1% DMSO instead. Protein levels of CA IX were determined by western blotting analyses using anti-CA IX antibody. β-Actin was used for normalization. The expression level of CA IX is expressed as a percentage of the control measured in the vehicle-treated control cells. Representative blots are shown.
