[18F]-S16 retention in an elderly healthy control [male, MMSE = 30, (A)] and a patient with progressive supranuclear palsy [male, MMSE = 18, PSP, (B)]. Transverse, sagittal and coronal sections of [18F]-S16 PET SUVR images were observed with considerable radioactive retention in the midbrain and basal ganglia.
