IC₅₀ values were calculated from the titration curves of the DPPH assay by determining the concentration of the extract needed to achieve the midpoint value for inhibition. Due to <50% inhibition at concentration of 600 μg/mL, we did not determine the IC₅₀ values of the water extracts of N. miranda.
