The outcome analysis-derived ranking table shows the percentage change in BDNF level relative to baseline data. The ranking table shows only the relative effects of each exercise on BDNF levels (interventions in the columns vs. those in the rows). In addition, relative effects are expressed as the standardized mean difference in percent change in BDNF and 95% Cl. *indicates a statistically significant difference. The color of each table cell indicates the recommended evidence for assessment and development and the level of assessment determined. All tables list treatments in alphabetical order.
