GAP index was dichotomized to GAP I-II and GAP III. BMI was dichotomized by BMI < 25 and ≥ 25
Each column is a single multivariate lineal regression model including as covariates the variables that show a coefficient in each column. Degree of dyspnoea, FVC %pred., Total SGRQ score and HAD anxiety score, were tested as potential predictors, and finally not included because they were not independently related to the outcome, nor modified estimates for the remaining variables
MVPA Moderate to vigorous physical activity; 6MWD Six-minute walked distance; QMVC Quadriceps maximum voluntary contraction; HADS Hospital anxiety and depression scale; GAP Gender-age-physiology; MIP Maximum inspiratory pressure; BMI Body mass index
