In vivo evaluation of celastrol against HFD-induced NAFLD in C57BL/6 mice. (A) Experimental design. (B) Monitoring of body weight. The mice were weighed daily after receiving drug (n=6). (C) NMR determination of fat contents and lean contents. On the final day of drug administration, mice were analyzed for the fat contents and lean contents as stated in “Methods”.
