Scale bars = 500 μm. D) A random close packing (RCP) model of jammed microgels simulates changes in void fraction by selective degradation of specific chemistries. E) Quantification of scaffold void fraction as the degraded fraction of microgels increased to 0.2 and 0.4 demonstrated logic-gated changes in porosity in good agreement with the RCP model.
