LA upregulated the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway in BC cells. MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells were cultured in 96-well plates and treated with the corresponding concentrations of LA for 24 h. The effect of LA on the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells was tested by immunofluorescence staining and RT‒qPCR.
