(A) Protein levels of NF-κB, p-NF-κB and IκBα induced by HG were detected by Western blot analysis. (B, C) Relative protein expression analysis. (D) The DNA binding activity of NF-κB in mesangial cells was detected by EMSA. (E) The translocation of NF-κB from the cytoplasm to the nucleus in the mesangial cells was tested by separating the cytoplastic protein and nucleus protein and then determined by Western blot analysis and (F) the corresponding relative protein expression analysis.
