Modified CONSORT Diagram. From January 2016 to April 2021, a total of 1,530 patients underwent TAVR with the Medtronic CoreValve Evolut at the Heart Center Düsseldorf. A total of 759 patients were included in the comparison of the deployment strategy. A total of 1:1 propensity score matches analysis resulted in the final study cohort of 150 COT patients and 150 Non-COT patients.
