These odds ratios involve comparisons between individuals who have a PRS in the top decile to individuals who have a PRS in the middle 20%—i.e., they quantify the how well a risk score is able to distinguish between cases and controls for different parts of a PRS distribution after correcting for age and first 10 principal components
