ASFV pI215L antagonizes type I IFN signaling. (A) HEK-293T cells cultured in 6-well plates were transfected with HA-tagged ASFV pI215L or empty vector. After 24 h, cells were treated with IFN-α (1,000 U/mL) for 8 h. The mRNA levels of ISG15, ISG54, ISG56, and OAS1 were analyzed by qRT-PCR.
