Candesartan regulated the survival and apoptosis of OGD/R-PC12 cells via targeting the FFAR1/ITGA4 signal axis. (a) OGD/R model of PC12 cells were divided into three groups: OGD/R + SPSS, OGD/R + 1μM candesartan + siNC, and OGD/R + 1μM candesartan + siFFAR1; then, the expression of FFAR1 and ITGA4 was measured by western blotting. (b) CCK8 assay was used to analyze cell viability in the three group of PC12 cells. (c) Flow cytometry was used to analyze cell apoptosis in OGD/R model PC12 cells with candesartan and/or siFFAR1 treatment. (d) The expression of Bax, Bcl-2, and Cleaved Caspase-3 in PC12 cells with candesartan and/or siFFAR1 treatment was measured by western blotting.
