Determinations of cell viability and ΔΨm in HepG2 cells when treated with Chry + VP-16 or Chry + Cis-Pt. For Chry, a fixed concentration of 25 μmol/L was used; for VP-16 and Cis-Pt, the gradient concentration was applied marked in the figures. (A) The cell viability was examined using MTT assay after the treatment for 48 h. (B) The level of ΔΨm was examined using the TMRE probe by a flow cytometry after the treatment for 30 h.
