N-glycosylation profile was determined by liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–mass spectrometry (LS-ESI-MS). Numbers represent the presence of various 4H2 mAb glycoforms in percentage. Glycans were annotated according to the ProGlycAn nomenclature (www.proglycan.com). Fc, Fragment, crystallizable region of the antibody; GS1-4, glycosites 1 to 4 of IgM.
