Integrin α5 and Fn1 co-localize in beaded adhesions. Wild-type MEFs were cultured for 16 h on glass coverslips without coating, fixed and stained with the Abcam monoclonal Fn1 antibody (cyan) and anti-integrin α5 (Itga5) antibody (magenta).
