Serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and C5a in COVID-19 patient and healthy control groups. The results of ELISA measurement revealed the significantly higher Serum levels of IL-1β (p < 0.001), IL-6 (p = 0.001), TNF-α (p < 0.001) and C5a (p = 0.002) in COVID-19 patients compared to the healthy control individuals.
