Granular evolutionary conservation analysis of eleven regulatory LTR7 subfamilies identifies subfamilies that are most rapidly expanding at different stages of species segregation during primate evolution. Numbers of highly conserved orthologous LTR7 loci of each subfamily were determined for each primate species and reported as the percentage of corresponding loci residing in genomes of Modern Humans. Relative gains of corresponding LTR7 subfamilies were calculated as ratio of highly conserved loci in designated species. Red colored bars denote the most rapidly expanding LTR7 subfamilies at indicated evolutionary stages
