IgY-control and IgY-RBD antibody titers were measured against 2019-nCoV/USA-WA1/2020 (WT), hCoV-19/USA/MD-HP05647/2021 (Delta) or hCoV19/EHC_C19_2811C (Omicron) in Vero-ACE2/TMPRSS2 cells by plaque reduction neutralization assay.
