Overexpression of PMK2 significantly reversed the effects of miR-144-5p mimics on cell viability and apoptosis in cisplatin-stimulated HK-2 cells. HK-2 cells were transfected with miR-144-5p mimics, or co-transfected with miR-144-5p mimics and pcDNA-PMK2, then induced with or without cisplatin.
