Validation with Western blot of proteins identified as enriched in large and small EVs with mass spectrometry. After density cushions equal amount of proteins (5.5 μg) of each sample of the lEVs and sEVs were loaded on SDS-PAGE gels. For cell lysate also 5.5 μg was loaded on the gels.
