Initial examination of selected hits against Ca2+-stimulated AC1 activity in cAMP accumulation assays. AC1-HEK Δ3/6 KO cells plated at 10,000 cells per well. Compounds were added to wells and cAMP accumulation was stimulated with 3 μM A23187 for 1 h at RT. IC50 values ±SEM generated from 3-parameter nonlinear regression from three independent experiments (N = 3).
