Effect of modulation of the S1P lyase (SPL) expression level on peritoneal cancer dissemination. Signal (A, D and G) and area (B, E and H) of the disseminated peritoneal cancer were analysed using the Odyssey CLx Imaging system. Identical illumination settings (channels: 700/800, resolution: 42 μM, intensities: auto, quality: lowest, analysis: small animal, and focus: 2.0 mm) were used for acquiring all images. (C, F and I) Representative scanned images from each group. Images were acquired and analysed using Image Studio Ver. 4.0 software.
