Growth factor effect on Bovine Satellite Cells (BSCs)

Proliferation data from the best performing GF orthologs summarized with the three highest concentrations compared to FBS controls. All values are relative to 0% FBS (serum-free) control. WST-1 absorbance readings at 450 nm were recorded in duplicate wells of the three biological replicates (n = 3) for the GF samples, whereas the FBS controls were measured in quadruplicate wells and averaged from five independent experiments (each GF group) of the three biological replicates (n = 15).
