The effect of HN_xs01 on pulmonary metastasis of B16 tumors. (A) Mice with B16 tumors were injected intravenously with PBS or 5 × 10⁷ CFU/100 μl of HN_xs01, and body weight was measured daily. (B) The nodes distribution in the lungs of the PBS and HN_xs01 groups. After 1 week, the lungs, hearts, livers, kidneys, spleens, and tumors were isolated. (C) The nodes number in the lungs of the PBS and HN_xs01 groups. (D) The tumor nodes distribution in the heart, liver, kidney, and spleen tissues between the PBS and HN_xs01 groups. (E) Bacterial distribution in organs was calculated by CFU/g. Strain HN_xs01 mostly colonized the lung region.
