Effect of TRC105 on hyperglycemia-induced Eng signaling pathway in HAoECs. (A) pSmad1/5 protein levels; (B) pSmad2/3 protein levels. For Smad signaling analysis, cells were serum-starved in EBM-2 medium for 22 h and then pretreated with 300 μg/ml TRC105 for 90 min.
