Effects of the repetitive administration of HRW at 1T or 2T in the allodynia and hyperalgesia induced by CCI. Mechanical antiallodynic (A), thermal antihyperalgesic (B), and thermal antiallodynic effects (C) produced by the repeated administration of HRW 1T or 2T from days 22 to 28 after surgery are represented. Sham-operated mice were used as controls. In all pictures, for each treatment and day evaluated, * indicates significant differences vs. sham-operated VEH-treated animals, + vs. CCI–VEH-treated animals and # vs. CCI–HRW 1T treated animals (p < 0.05, one-way ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni test).
