Effects of orlistat on immunoexpression of (A) Casp-3, (B) Bax, and (C) Bcl-2 in cardiac section of rats in Normal, OB (obese control), OB + OR (obese and orlistat 10 mg/kg/day) and negative control groups (magnification = ×400, scale bar = 50 μm). For each target protein, phosphate buffered saline was substituted for the primary antibody in the negative control experiment.
