ZNF281 expression increased in the human intestinal fibroblast cell line CCD-18Co, activated by TGFβ1. CCD-18Co cells were treated with 10 ng/mL of TGFβ1for 24 h. Fibroblast activation was assessed through the dosage of several pro-fibrotic mRNAs by RT-qPCR (A).
