p<.0125 for Nap duration
Note. Headache severity was measured on a 0-10 scale indicating maximum headache severity. The nap variable was a dichotomous variable based on whether a nap was reported the same day as the headache severity rating. Nap duration was the mean duration of the nap on days when a nap was taken. Units for bed time and rise time are reported in minutes centered on midnight, such that negative values are before midnight and positive values are after midnight.
