SH-promoted cell redifferentiation in BCPAP and TPC-1 cells. The BCPAP (A) and TPC-1 (B) cells were exposed to fixed concentrations of SH (0, 2, 4, 6, 8 mM) for 24 h. SH upregulated the expression of thyroid-specific genes and transcription factor expression in BCPAP and TPC-1 cells.
