The activities of enzymes involved in the antioxidant system in PoLaeA1-silenced strains. The P. ostreatus strains (WT, SiControl, LaeA1i-16 and LaeA1i-38) were cultured in liquid CYM at 28 °C for 5 days. The grounded mycelia were suspended in phosphate-buffered saline buffer.
